Q1.  What do I need to do if I need to change my order or delivery address?
A. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will not be able to cancel the order or delivery address.

A. We support the following payment options at wingman care:

3. Net banking

 

Q3. If I cancel my order will the gst amount charged be refunded?
A. Yes

 

Q4. How long does it take for delivery?

A. We deliver most of our orders within 7 days from the order date for domestic orders.

All orders are subject to payment card authorization and stock availability.

 

Q What if my Same Day Delivery/Next Day Delivery order is not delivered by the next business day?

A) Unfortunately we don’t have Same Day/ Next Day Delivery option.

A You can shop on wingman care by providing just basic details. While it is not necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items, it is recommended that you create one. By creating your own wingman care account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including recommendations, quicker checkout and a public wishlist.

 

Q Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on wingman care?
There will be get as aapplicable when you make a purchase on wingman care. The prices listed for all the items are final and exclusive gst. The price you see is without gst.
